Exhibitionism in the Streets of Manila

For those living around the Sampaloc, Manila or were students from the famous religious university with a papal seal in the late 1990s to present. You would recall or have encountered the EXHIBITIONIST during night time or in the early hours of the morning? The so called Exhibitionist is a male probably in his late 30s or early 40s by now. Prowling the streets of Sampaloc during wee hours of the morning. The guy usually scouts the area where there are ladies dormitory were most residents are female college student within the vicinity of this area. Unbeknownst to them the perpetrator is on the lookout for their hapless victim.

He usually loves to flash his genitalia around  women making them stunned, shocked and awed with that experience. My old buddy's sister who was two years older than us and was a Engineering student at that time recalled her encounter with the guy when they were reviewing for an exam at the balcony of their dorm and the dude made a loud remark (Pssst, look at me!). Some of the ladies were stunned and shocked while the other ladies who have encountered her previously just shrugged off while others are laughing at him on the site of a man flashing his genitalia and masturbating on ladies in public with fervent passion. This was an eye witness account of most of the ladies I knew personally who have witness a live show in the middle of the night.

Exhibitionism is a condition marked by the urge to expose one’s sexual organs to others, particularly strangers. Although, I never seen one on male. I did see a lot of those with mentally ill patients. It is considered a mental illness according to American Psychology Report.

I have no new report on what happened to that man. I asked a former student who studied and graduated from that university last year said that the man still lurks and prowls for victims. The local baranggay watch I guess have given up on this guy who is a some sort an entertainer / nuisance to the neighborhood.
