GM Experience: The Calling / Business Card Technique (The Beginning)

I wrote this back in August 8, 2009 in one of the Philippine adult sites and forum. Just sharing some insights and information regarding the Calling Card Technique. Let me republish this article again.

I have been very busy and away for most of the time so I apologize for the delay in making this article possible.

The Calling card or the business card is an effective tool for networking amongst businessmen. It signifies the seriousness in engaging and connecting for future transaction with people you meet along the way. The calling card is also a brief resume introducing yourself on what type of business and services you can offer. It also have contact number for reference and in case you client needs your services comes in handy.

Although, the calling card has advantages on legitimate business transactions it can also have dual purpose for those guys looking for a hook up in a place where women frequented it. An advise to all GMs who are trying this technique or method is not put your real name and contact number in it or if you are confident enough to divulge yourself to this tactics it is up to you. You should put some details of your phony business and what you are engaged it just to give you an example, you are a pharmaceutical sales representative with ACME PharmaRX. At least make a little research on the type of industry you put like mention a little bit of pharmaceuticals used in the market.

To give you more tips, I have outlined some important details to put in you calling card:
1.) Use a phony name - Get the logic!
2.) List a mobile phone number that you are using on your walks, never your personal or real business mobile no. - You might get entangled with the web of conspirancy with your wife or girlfriend.
3.) Make a little background research on what industry or company you put in a calling card - Just in case you meet an intellectual type of girl, be ready for it. Better if you put on a business like you are an vice president of a company. Just to give you example:

Pizzeria ni Juan

Juan Dela Cruz
General Manager

Mobile No. 0917-123-4567
Tel: 123-4567
Email: pizza_ni_juan@hayop.com

If you know how to use a photoshop or corel for logo making the better then use MS Publisher drafting and printing in making your calling cards.

4.) Use another email - make an email address other than your personal.

If you have other questions, feel to post in this thread.

  1. i think its better to use the term "business card" then "calling card."

example of calling cards are PLDT Budget Card, Bayantel affordacall card, etc.
